S2 E.7 The Adriana and Mariah Life Update you didn’t know you needed
In this EpisodeIn today’s episode, Adriana and Mariah give you the life update you didn’t know you needed. They talk about everything from past job experiences to pregnancy, and there’s even some bonus candy wrapper ASMR!
Adriana starts by looking at Mariah’s resume – yes, the one that got her hired at Little Words Project! According to this, Mariah “coordinated all aspects of entertainment for large events” (Insert Adriana’s pregnant laugh here!)
Mariah also worked for The Elvis Duran Show and shares her experience on a work trip to Universal Studios. The entire studio went and did a segment in the park. It was such a cool experience! Well, we all know Mariah – she is an excited (and sometimes loud) person! It’s safe to say that not everyone at the radio station found this amusing. On this whole trip, Mariah was by herself. Nobody responded to her texts, so she went on rides alone. Poor Mariah, we love you!
It wouldn’t be an episode of Glow Through It without a dating update! Mariah got ghosted last week…sigh. She started talking to a super cute and funny guy, and things were going well! Just as things started heating up, he told her that he had to go to Florida for work. Mariah texted him and wished him a great trip, and never heard from him again. Why is dating literal trash?!
Adriana talks about her maternity leave. It is going to be a REAL leave – no strict business schedule, just spending time with the little Aries baby! She notes that she is not scared to give birth, but she is a little bit scared to become a mom. The narrative that we usually hear from other women is how you don’t sleep and how overwhelming it is. Adriana says that she wants to create a positive narrative, especially given how hard it was for this to become a reality for her. We know one thing for sure: she’s going to be the best mom ever!
We can all agree that COVID changed many aspects of our everyday lives. However, Adriana and Mariah recall what has grown and remained the same. For one, their friendship (AWW!) While they haven’t had lots of time to create new memories and travel, they are still inseparable. Adriana and Bill’s relationship has grown throughout the pandemic, and this is just the beginning of their next chapter. And, Mariah’s relationship status is still the same. No man – yet.
