S3 E.13 The Finale

We know you’ve been wondering…does Mariah still have a man?! The answer is YES! They have been together for almost 5 months and are keeping the relationship fairly private. Mariah says that he is so caring and cute, and we are so happy for her!
Halloween is approaching very quickly and Adriana’s plans consist of taking Ford around the neighborhood. His costume is a surprise…stay tuned! Mariah hopes to spend time with her man and his friends and dress up as a 90s popstar. How perfect is that?!
Adriana has big news – she found an executive assistant! YAY! Her name is Nicole and she is from Franklin, NJ, which also happens to be Mariah’s hometown. Let’s just say that people from Franklin are the real deal. Adriana and Mariah talk about the “must knows” about Adriana. She’s a night person, a hardcore chocolate lover, loves a list, hates questions, and NEVER has a phone charger. Take notes, Nicole!
It wouldn’t be an episode of Glow Through It without talking about Ford. He is doing really well and is still co-sleeping. He’s an office icon and everyone absolutely loves him <3 Who knows, maybe one day he’ll take over LWP!
Adriana and Mariah reflect on some of the best moments and guests of Season 3. One of our guests Shannon still checks in with Mariah frequently and is so sweet. Adriana says that talking to her doula about her birth story was cathartic and therapeutic. While the podcast is still not monetized, there have been so many cool partnerships and friendships built from it. This entire season was absolutely incredible, and we can’t wait to see what Season 4 has in store!
Adriana closes off this episode (and season!) with some insightful advice for entrepreneurs. Seek out the star employees and never settle for less. It will not benefit either of you if they are not fulfilled and lit up in what they do. It is hard to find the perfect fit, but once you do, your perspective and life will change. Hold onto those stars, they are precious!
